INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTULTANTS AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Fees shall be pre-agreed in writing with the company before any work commence.Detailed time sheets shall be kept with information about time consumed and tasks undertaken.

All major costs shall be pre-approved.Travel shall take place in economy class. Original receipts shall be submitted along with the invoice. Costs incurred in countries where Green Resources have its own operations, in particular hotels and other costs with VAT charges, shall primarily be paid directly by the relevant Green Resources company.

Fees and costs shall be invoiced monthly within 15 days of the end of a month.Consulting fees and costs that have not been invoiced within the deadlines will not be paid.

If there are conflicts between these Instructions and any other agreements that have been made, these instructions shall take precedence.
